  1. Allocation Confirmation: We will only open pre-orders for a product once we have received confirmation of our allocation. This ensures that we can fulfill all pre-orders placed with us. 
  2. No Cancellations Due to Market Changes: Once a pre-order is placed, we will not cancel it due to fluctuations in the market value of the product. We stand by our commitment to our customers and will honor all pre-orders, regardless of any changes in the market.
  3. Timely Communication: In the event of any delays or changes to the release date of a pre-ordered product, we will promptly inform our customers via email and update our website and social media channels.
  4. Payment: Pre-orders require a full payment upfront.
  5. Fulfillment: Once the pre-ordered product arrives at our store, we will promptly process and ship all pre-orders in the order they were received. Customers will be notified via email when their order has been shipped.
  6. Cancellations: If a customer wishes to cancel their pre-order, they may do so before the product is released. A refund will be issued according to our refund policy. Some items may be ineligible for cancellation. Please review the product descriptions before purchasing.
