At NorthernPoke, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality Pokémon products. Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we have a no-return policy for all purchases made at our store. 

  1. No Returns: All sales of sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for these products once they have been purchased.
  2. Product Condition: We carefully inspect all products before shipping to ensure they are in the described condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at northernpokestore@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to find a solution.
  3. Pre-Orders: If you have placed a pre-order and wish to cancel it, please refer to our Pre-Order Policy for more information.
